Description
We are currently looking for a volunteers to support our Monday Tuesday afternoon pottery sessions from 3.30/4pm - 5.30pm with children aged 6-12 years old. No experience necessary, just an enthusiasm for creative activity and a desire to get stuck in!
Duties
Volunteers will work alongside our resident potter to support the children to explore the clay and create their own pieces of work, helping with set up and clearing up of the studio as needed.
Who will the volunteers be working with?
Colleen Rogers, the Potter, and children aged 6-11 years old.
Training
We will provide all volunteer with an induction session to basic health and safety of the space, safeguarding and general information about supporting and working with the group.
Time commitment
Ideally we would like people to be able to commit to attending on a weekly basis on a dedicated day of the week for at least one term. However we understand that things come up and timetables change so are open to being flexible.
