Do you have excellent people skills and want to give back to the community and be helping people in times of need? Do you like to find answers and solutions to difficult problems?
Through this role you will deliver initial client assessments and advice via the phone and face-2-face. You will be exploring the client's issue then either giving information and advice, signposting or booking appointments.
- Speaking directly to clients and on the client's issues and writing them up in clear casenotes on our bespoke secure system.
- Giving initial advice and signposting clients
- Booking appointments with relevant advisors if needed.

Monday - Friday 10am - 4pm
