Voluntary role for administration support for Nisaba.
We are looking for someone who is passionate to support our administrative work load and help with remote jobs.
You will be working as part of a small administrative team, working closely with the non profit director to help with important tasks such as communicating with other organisations or charities, managing communications for distributions, documentation on excel or word for our quotas and book keeping. Sharing ideas of how we can maximise our activism for menstrual justice and help with any data analysis.
Duties
- Flexible working hours
- Must have access to a laptop or computer with good WIFI connection
- Excellent communication skills
- Manage tasks that are delegated by administration lead or director of operations
- Communication between other companies, charities or organisations
- Documentation to support our book keeping, activism, research and data analysis.
Who will the volunteers be working with?
Remote and also in communication with admin team and director of operations

Basic skills for Microsoft word, excel, powerpoint
