Training
Training and induction will take place on the job, but you will get a full and in depth introduction to our service delivery and database, as well as phone training. You will be working closely with the Service Delivery Team, who are always on hand to answer questions and teach you new things.
We are looking for volunteers who can commit to come in once a week, for a full or half day. The hours for a full day would be 10:00-16:00.
