In this rapid session, learn the essentials of branding and content creation in order to become a confident leader in promoting your clubs vision with impact.By the end of the session, you’ll walk away with:

New members are the future of your club and making them feel welcome really matters. This hands-on session will give you practical tips on how to attract and support beginners—from using social media and marketing effectively, to writing friendly and easy-to-understand website content, and creating a great first impression. You'll also pick up ideas for running beginner sessions, building an inclusive environment, and keeping in touch with potential members so they stay engaged all year. Ideal for committee members who want to grow their club and make the beginner journey even better within TeamUCL.

TeamUCL Against Hate is a dedicated programme that supports student leaders to make change, harnessing the power of sports clubs to have impact through equity and inclusion (E&I) initiatives. The project increases cohesion between campaigns, support clubs to develop E&I initiatives, and enable UCL students to better understand sports clubs' commitment to their inclusion.
TeamUCL Against Hate has three components; the Pledge, the Inclusion Plan, and the Accreditation Scheme.
In this session you will learn about the three components, be supported to develop your clubs Inclusion Plan, and understand how you can contribute to an inclusive culture at UCL.
TeamUCL Against Hate forms part of the Club Development Criteria and the Club Development Awards.

- Rooftop Yoga
Enjoy a yoga class that invites you to connect with nature. Take a moment to relax mid-conference, flowing through poses with the backdrop of the sun.

Where art and adventure collide, Helix is the world’s longest and tallest tunnel slide spanning 178m in length, and located on the iconic ArcelorMittal Orbit sculpture. Appreciate the incredible design of the sculpture’s twists and turns as you loop around 12 times, catching glimpses of London from new heights.
All participants will be required to sign the waiver before the day.
- Run Club
Join Ethan, our run leader, for a relaxed and social run around the iconic QE Olympic Park.
Distance: 5km around the park

- Guided tour of the Olympic Park
Join an expert Park Champion on a walking tour of QE Olympic Park. From its conception, creation, use during the 2012 Olympic Games through to its transformation into the park today. Hear about the history, parklands and wildlife, biodiversity and sustainability, artworks and world-class sporting venues.
- Board Games in the Common Room
Use the lunchbreak to unwind with some relaxed games in the student common room.
