I signed up for the Supported Fitness Sessions hoping I would become more confident in using the gym by myself. I love being active, so I knew I wanted to get the best out of the equipment I'm training with, but couldn't afford a PT.
Faiza went above and beyond to fit a lot of knowledge into a few sessions, while keeping them very fun and engaging. She had a patient and flexible approach and always focused on my individual needs and priorities.
I would definitely recommend the programme to other students, regardless of their previous experience or concerns about using the gym. I always looked forward to the sessions and now feel very comfortable continuing my fitness journey on my own, something which I've been procrastinating for a long time.
