Co-create a project in partnership with a Community Organisation or School!

If you would like to kickstart your career by developing your project management and leadership skills while running a project but do not have a project idea, you can get involved by collaborating with one of our partners who would like UCL students to run a project for their beneficiaries.

Our Student-Led Volunteering Programme supports UCL students to develop and run community volunteering projects. No previous experience is needed because you will receive training and a dedicated supervisor who will provide you with support and guidance. You will also have the opportunity to apply for up to £500 to develop your project and will work as part of a team of other UCL students, so you won't be working alone.

You can apply to run one of our new Student-Led Projects, where the ideas have been submitted by community organisations and schools who have a real need which they would like to be fulfilled.  You can browse these different projects on our SLVP webpage.

If you cannot find an existing cause that you would like to support, you can submit your own project idea.  A member of our team will assess your project proposal and will be in contact shortly.
