Focusing on awareness of each movement and your breath to be fully present in the moment, this class combines the practice of yoga with time for reflection and meditation. Mindful yoga will help you embrace mindfulness leaving you relaxed and revived!
Open to all UCL students and UCL Staff, our classes are beginner friendly and open to all fitness levels.
You’ll need enough space for a yoga mat, if you have one, and to be able move/swing your arms around when standing, as well as be able to stretch your arms out wide either side of you and overhead when lying down.
If you do not have a yoga mat, that’s ok you just need to find somewhere with carpet/a non slip rug.
A yoga block if you have one, but not necessary, a similar sturdy object will do if you need it to help stabilise when stretching!
When: Wednesdays 09:00-10:00
Where: Online class - you’ll need to access Zoom via desktop or download the app - you do not need an account or subscription. Once signed up you’ll be emailed the link to join closer to the time
