What to expect from the sessions: Krav Maga, meaning 'contact combat', is a self defence system that teaches practical, useful skills that can be used to protect yourself in real life situations straight away 🥋 This four week course doesn't require extensive training or unusual physical skills - techniques are designed so that complete beginners can learn to use the situation and their bodies' natural abilities to keep themselves and others safe. This four-week course will give you a sample of defences against hits, grabs and holds, attacks on the ground, and even against weapons.
Please note: When you purchase the four week block of sessions, we have an expectation that you attend all four sessions. Please ensure you are able to commit to attending all four sessions before you sign up. Spaces will be allocated on a first come first serve basis.
