Hi! I’m Konrad, a certified personal trainer with 7+ years of experience. My fitness journey began at a young age as an athlete, after falling in love with sport and fitness I completed my level 3 personal training qualifications, and went on to earn a Bachelor’s degree in Strength Conditioning & Rehabilitation from the University of Derby, I then followed that by starting a MSc degree in Applied Strength Conditioning & Rehabilitation whilst working as a Physical Performance Coach at University College London, working with a variety of top university level teams & athletes. I believe in a holistic approach to fitness, focusing on personalized plans that cater to each client’s unique goals and lifestyle.
