Access requirements
You must be a member of a sports club, and have been added by the fixtures administrator (e.g. captain) to the list of team members for the fixture.
- Visit your "My account" page and go to the "Travel reclaims" tab.
- Find the fixture you have been added to for the match. If the fixture you're looking for doesn't show up, contact your captain/fixture administrator. They need to add you as a team member.
- Click "Create reclaim" next to the fixture.
- Fill out the form, making sure to provide all required information. Please make sure to upload a receipt that shows the journey details, including dates and stations.
- Submit.
You can track the progress of your reclaims on the same tab - they will show up below the fixtures list.
How to submit a travel reclaim:
Evidence we accept:
For travel reclaims, we need specific evidence receipts in order to approve the claim. Screenshots of bank statements or train journey summaries cannot be accepted. Instead, please provide the appropriate receipt for each mode of transport. It's also helpful to break down each leg of the journey in the description:
Warren Street to Waterloo: £2.80
Train from Waterloo to Berrylands: £10.15 (railcard price)
Waterloo to Warren Street: £2.90
Total: £15.85
- Trains
Trainline - my bookings - manage booking - expense receipt (it's a pdf so just screenshot). You MUST use the website not the app as the app expense receipts do not show if you used rail card or not. If you don't have a railcard, you can only reclaim 2/3 of the full price.
- Tubes
Use TfL GO app. Add bank card. You CANNOT use pics of bank statements.
