Who is the LGBT+ Network RUMS Rep?

The LGBT+ committee leads the Union in providing for the social lives and representational needs of LGBT+ students at UCL. As the representative of UCL Medical Students on the Union's LGBT+ Committee, you'll be responsible for ensuring that events and campaigns run are accessible to and reflect the needs of UCL Medical students. You'll aslo be responsible for liasing with any medical school LGBT+ groups or projects. As a member of the committee, you'll also have a say in the overall direction of the Network.

What will you do as LGBT+ Network RUMS Rep?

With training and support from Union staff, you will:
● Represent the interests of your group on the Section Committee
● Run campaigns and social events relevant to your group
● Have a say in the running of the Network and make sure its events and activities are accessible and engaging for your group

Who can stand?

All students who self-define as LGBT+ and are a student of the medical school

What is involved?

● Minimum of 2 Section meetings per term
● Attendance at any relevant LGBT+ Network and Union events
