Job Description: We are looking for a friendly, motivated, and experienced Waiter/Waitress to join our team. As a key member of our front-of-house staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring guests have a memorable dining experience. Your main responsibilities will include greeting and seating customers, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers warmly and escort them to their table.
  • Present menus and explain daily specials or promotions.
  • Take accurate food and drink orders and communicate them to the kitchen/bar.
  • Serve food and drinks promptly and efficiently.
  • Ensure customers' needs are met by checking on them throughout their meal.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally.
  • Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including clearing tables and resetting them for the next guests.
  • Process payments and issue receipts accurately.
  • Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting is preferred.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
