Administrator – Property Search Agents (Part-Time)

We are seeking a capable and professional Administrator to support our Property Search Agents, based in our Belgravia office.

This position does not require prior property experience. We are looking for a well-presented, proactive individual who is confident with technology, able to work independently with minimal instruction, and experienced in engaging professionally with high-net-worth clients.

Key Responsibilities
    •    Uploading and maintaining property listings
    •    Coordinating effectively with private clients
    •    Attending occasional property viewings with clients across Central London
    •    Liaising with Private Offices and solicitors to ensure smooth client onboarding and progression

Experience and Attributes
    •    Proven experience in a client-facing role involving high-net-worth individuals or comparable environments
    •    Highly organised, discreet, and professional in manner
    •    Technologically confident, with the ability to learn new systems quickly
    •    Able to take initiative and work autonomously with limited guidance
    •    Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Part Time AdministratorDuties
- Uploading of Properties

 

Working Hours: 12 hours per week

Monday 10.30am- 2.30pm 

Tuesday 10.30am - 2.30pm 

Wednesday 10.30am -2.30pm  

  •  Property Searches

- Uploading of Properties

- Co ordinating with our Private Clients.

Occasional viewings with our Clients in Central London

- Co coordinating with Private Office, and Solicitors to get Client Flow.
