Requirements: Previous experience as a Barista (cafe management experience a plus!), availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Excitement to experiment with new flavors, techniques, and speciality drinks. Participate in events as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages
- Engage with customers by sharing knowledge about different coffee and tea origins, brewing styles, and cultural significance
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment efficiently
- Take customer orders, handle transactions, and provide excellent service
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including equipment and seating areas
- Restock supplies and ingredients as needed
- Participate in and help organize in-house events such as coffee tastings, tea ceremonies, and cultural gatherings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with a diverse clientele
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
