We are looking for an Activities Administration Manager to manage our central clubs and societies programme, ensuring the core functions of our department which enable our student groups to function successfully are efficiently delivered to a consistently high standard. This includes the day-to-day management of democracy and elections, training, rules and regulations, society processes and systems, and financial administration. The successful candidate will be responsible for making sure we meet the core needs of our ever-expanding student population and that the highest standards of customer service are maintained. The Activities Administration Manager will play a crucial role in building the best possible foundations for our expanding extra-curricular programme to flourish.
This is a full time and permanent role. This role is also a hybrid working role, where 40% of the role will be on campus based.
Do you have significant experience project managing complex administrative projects, or experience of working within a student activities programme? Have you got a pro-active and innovative approach to problem solving?
The post holder will ensure student group leaders are appropriately and consistently supported to perform their roles. The successful candidate will work with colleagues across teams to support the affiliation, registration, and handover process for club/society committees. The role holder will also oversee the core training programme for club and society student leaders, leading the development of accessible resources designed to improve the overall experience of students.
