Welcome to UCL Muay Thai club's Sunday sparring session taking place at the South Quad Pop Up, Room G.01
What to expect:
- Light Warmup / Cardio
- Stretching
- Combination drills with partners
- Light, technical sparring with different partners
What equipment is required:
- Mouthguard (essential)
- Comfortable/Active clothing (essential)
- Water bottle (optional but desirable)
- Shins (optional but desirable)
- 14oz gloves for those under 70kg/ 16oz gloves for those over 70kg (optional but desirable)
All equipment apart from a mouthguard is provided but feel free to bring your own!
This session will be led by Pro-fighter, UCLMT Alumna and Ex-President, Bella Gilbert!
Please note you will need a Standard membership and Ticket to participate in training this sessions training.
Sunday sparring sessions are open to people of all levels, please let our coach know if this is your first Sparring session!
