Welcome to UCL Muay Thai Club's Sunday Sparring Session!
What to expect:
- Light Warmup / Cardio
- Stretching
- Combination drills in partners
- Light to moderate sparring
Comfortable/Active clothing is desirable but not essential - remember to bring a waterbottle!
Equipment is provided but feel free to bring your own!
This session will be led by our training sec, Pratik, and our new coach and UCL Alumni, Luke O'Toole!
Please note you will need a Standard membership and Ticket to participate in training this sessions training.
Also note that this session is only open to members who have had previous sparring experience. If you are unsure, please reach out via our Instagram @uclmuaythai, or speak to Pratik or Phil at one of our pad work sessions!
