Ida is a Yin yoga teacher based in London. She discovered the power of Yin during her recovery from Long Covid in 2022, when slowing down became essential. The practice became a lifeline - teaching her that rest is a skill, not a weakness. She now shares Yin’s quiet, transformative benefits with others through accessible, grounding sessions.
