Upon arrival, you will be greeted by a friendly Project Active instructor. You will have a chance to have a quick chat and get to know other participants before beginning your class. Hatha Vinyasa Yoga combines the grounding and strength building elements of Hatha yoga with the breath led, flowing movement of Vinyasa. In this class, you'll explore a mix of steady postures and dynamic sequences that build flexibility, strength and focus, all while moving mindfully with your breath. Whether you're brand new to yoga or looking to deepen your practice, our sessions are beginner friendly, welcoming and set at a pace that suits you. There is no pressure, no judgment, just a chance to try something new, reconnect with your body and meet fellow UCL students in a relaxed and supportive environment.

Equipment:  All equipment will be provided at the class, please bring a water bottle with you.  

What to wear: Please wear whatever clothing you feel comfortable in! 

Please note: You may not be able to join the class if you are more than 10 minutes late to the class, due to health and safety and disruptions. Please make sure you give adequate time to get to the space.
