You'll explore key policy actors and processes, examine how different audiences require tailored communication strategies. Using examples, we'll discuss timing, relationship-building, and authentic engagement techniques. Participants will leave with a foundational framework for approaching policy engagement and understanding how to communicate sustainability concepts and messages effectively to decision-makers within policy contexts.
