Take a pause, get creative, and connect with your future self in this mindful art session. Each participant will receive a postcard to paint freely on one side and write a message to their future self on the other.
At the end of the session, you can take your postcard home as a personal keepsake — a meaningful reminder to reflect on at the end of 2026.
This is a drop-in session; students are welcome to join anytime while the event runs.
