Come along for an evening of Filipino food while helping us raise money in aid of Mind!

Join UCL Filipino Society for our Sari Sari Fundraiser, raising money in aid of Mind while celebrating Filipino culture, food and community.

Inspired by the traditional Filipino sari-sari store, the event will bring together students for an evening of Filipino food, games, prizes and community.

Come along to grab some Filipino favourites, take part in our activities, meet new people and support a good cause. Everyone is welcome.

This event is being organised by UCL Filipino Society as an independent fundraiser in aid of Mind. Money raised through the fundraiser will support Mind’s work in mental health.

Do I need a Taster Membership?

Yes. You’ll need a free UCL Filipino Society Taster Membership to attend.

Is entry free?

Yes. Entry is free, with fundraising taking place through food purchases, activities and donations.

What food will be available?

We’re planning Mango Float, Lumpia, Turon and Filipino Spaghetti. Prices will be revealed closer to the event.

Should I bring cash?

Yes. Please bring cash if possible, as payment options may vary between stalls and activities.

What activities will there be?

There will be icebreakers, Spin the Wheel, a raffle and opportunities to win prizes and food.

Can I donate without buying anything?

Yes. Donations are welcome even if you don’t purchase anything.

Where does the money raised go?

Funds raised will go in aid of Mind, subject to the fundraising arrangements for the event.
