UCL East has two state-of-the-art buildings: One Pool Street and Marshgate, where thousands you will study, learn and socialize.

You also have the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park on your doorstep, with some amazing venues and opportunities for you.

Now that you're here, what do you do?!

1. Register with a GP

Check out the UCL webpage on how to get registered to your local GP here!

2. Attend your Departmental Induction and join your Departmental Society

Find out when your departmental induction is and go along to meet your lecturers and peers. After that, why not check out all the different departmental societies that you can join! We've got a bunch coming down to UCL East on Wednesday 27th Sept. so come down and join us!

3. Attend a UCL 101 talk

The UCL101 PGT Talks are designed to help students get to know UCL support services and find out some 'insider tips' on student life at UCL - come down to the Marshgate lecture theatre on Tuesday 26 September, 18.00 - 19.00, and you can get all your questions answered!

4. Check out the UCL East Student Services and Support Fair

Find out more about all the services on offer to you! Whether it's the Student Support and Wellbeing department, the Library or event the Volunteering service!

5. Go on a tour of the Olympic Park

Almost 11 years on from the incredible London Olympics, the buildings, history and legacy still stand. Book onto one of our tours and find out what the Olympic Park can offer you as your new home campus!

6. Try out a Project Active class

Did you know over 2500 students took part in a project active last year! So if you want to try Yoga, Pilates or anything else, book onto a cheap and cheerful

7. Meet new people at one of our UCL East socials

Pizza? Wine and Cheese? Bowling? We've got them all! Get your tickets quickly before the events sell-out!

8. Head over to Bloomsbury for the big Welcome Fair

With nearly 400 different clubs and societies on offer, you can check them all out in action at the Welcome Fair held in Bloomsbury! Discover a new favourite hobby, or get involved with your favourite sport/pastime
