Our welfare members help make sure everyone feels supported, included, and cared for — whether that’s through a friendly check-in, planning a mini wellbeing activity, or just being there when someone needs to talk.

Your duties will include the following:
- Supporting the Welfare & Events Officer (Vivian) in promoting wellbeing among members.
- Helping plan or run short well-being activities or check-ins during or after sessions.
- Assisting in organising inclusive events that bring everyone together.
- Checking in on students who may be struggling (with guidance and support from Vivian and Fatma).
- Contributing ideas for fun, creative, and meaningful welfare initiatives.
- Maintaining confidentiality and showing empathy and understanding at all times.
Time commitment
- Attendance at welfare meetings (once every 2–3 weeks).
- Participation in at least one welfare event or social per term.
