Contribute to the mission of The Wellbeing Hub for Global Majority Women in Redbridge by helping us build a deeper understanding of the broader wellbeing hub landscape across London. The hub is committed to reducing health inequalities and social exclusion for women from Black, Asian, and global majority backgrounds. Through tailored activities and a focus on inclusivity, the hub provides vital support to women often overlooked in traditional services.
We are looking for passionate research volunteers to play a critical role in strengthening the hub’s future by conducting literature review and desk research to uncover valuable insights about similar wellbeing hubs in London, their funding models, and their impact. This research will inform our strategies for sustainable growth and help position the hub as an essential resource in addressing inequities.
- Conduct a literature review of other wellness hubs in London, exploring:
- How they are funded or why they are not funded.
- Why users engage with these hubs and the unique services they offer.
- Metrics used to measure success and impact.
- Investigate how wellbeing hubs contribute to reducing health and social inequalities.
- Provide recommendations on whether the Redbridge Wellbeing Hub could adopt existing success metrics or develop new ones.
