KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
1. At least 6 months related study or work. Knowledge of the legal system in England and Wales.
2. IT literate and well versed with Microsoft Office and Windows
3. Experience of database inputting (ideally with CRM systems like Salesforce).
4. Experience in the voluntary sector and office environment.

We’re looking for two dedicated volunteers to support our Advocacy Team. This role is ideal for someone organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping others
Commitment: 1 day per week (Wednesday or Friday)
Location: On-site or remote.
What you’ll do:
- Assist with data entry in our client case management system
- Draft or summarise case notes and end-of-case reports (full training provided)
- Help maintain accurate records and contact logs in line with GDPR and safeguarding standards
- Carry out light research, such as signposting to local services
- Draft outreach emails and letters of support
