Department: Policy, Representation and Evaluation 
Reports to: Policy & Research Manager 

Pay: £13.85/hour

Hours: up to 14 hours per week

Purpose of the job

To support the department’s policy, research, analysis and evaluation function and help provide evidence of how we can best act in the interests of students.

Job description
  1. To analyse sources of student feedback, identifying relevant student opinion to track common issues and trends.
  2. To assist in the monitoring of issues arising from relevant meetings.
  3. To oversee and monitor data sources as this is collated and analysed.
  4. To assist in the preparation of blogs, briefings and consultation responses.
  5. To assist with research through focus groups, surveys and information stands.
  6. To assist with the maintenance of relevant webpages related to the team’s research

    and insight work.

  7. To provide general administrative support, as required.
  8. To always carry out work professionally and confidently.
  9. To maintain an awareness and observation of Fire and Health & Safety regulations.
  10. To undertake all duties in line with UCL and Students’ Union policy.
