  1. Go to "Build" tab for webform.
  2. Edit the workflow element.
  3. Scroll down to where each state is listed under "State:", e.g. "State: Approved".
  4. Click the header to open the state's edit form.
  5. Pick a colour from the list.
  6. Save.
