Access requirements

Permanent Union staff or student staff dded via process below.

Bloomsbury Fitness student staff often need to confirm if a student is a member of a club. This can be done via the SU website and Rosa.

Setting up student acccess

  1. Student staff must have an account on the website (https://studentsunionucl.org/) - preferably logged in with their UCL account.
  2. Manager sends a request to SU.Systems to grant "Access club membership data", including:
    • Full name
    • e-mail address that they use to log in our website
  3. Once confirmation is received, student can log in.

Student staff access to data

  1. Student staff logs in to website.
  2. Visit the membership check page https://studentsunionucl.org/admin/club-society/check-memberships
  3. Search the club/society name. Start with only a part of it, e.g. "Football", to make sure you are not excluding the correct name.
  4. Enter part of the person's name, their UCL user ID, or their UPID.
  5. If they appear in the list they are a member.
