Access requirements
Permanent Union staff or student staff dded via process below.
Bloomsbury Fitness student staff often need to confirm if a student is a member of a club. This can be done via the SU website and Rosa.
Setting up student acccess
- Student staff must have an account on the website (https://studentsunionucl.org/) - preferably logged in with their UCL account.
- Manager sends a request to SU.Systems to grant "Access club membership data", including:
- Full name
- e-mail address that they use to log in our website
- Once confirmation is received, student can log in.
Student staff access to data
- Student staff logs in to website.
- Visit the membership check page https://studentsunionucl.org/admin/club-society/check-memberships
- Search the club/society name. Start with only a part of it, e.g. "Football", to make sure you are not excluding the correct name.
- Enter part of the person's name, their UCL user ID, or their UPID.
- If they appear in the list they are a member.
