Hello! I have a spare room (fully furnished) available from the start of October.
There’s two of us at flat currently (one girl and one guy). I’m (22f) starting a masters programme this September at UCL. My flatmate (23m) is working as a marketing analyst.
The flat is 5 min walk away from the barbican station (Zone 1) which provides a convenient commute to UCL (~7 min by tube). Rent is £1000 pcm without bills. The bills usually come up to ~£75 (including wifi).
The living room was used as a bedroom shortly before - now that it's vacant, it's in the process of being re-furnished, and will look much better than the current pictures shown. The photo is more to give you an idea of the space.
