Hey! I'm Elijah, I'm a UCL architecture student heading into second year. I'm looking for a flat/house share in Central London, ideally within a 30 minute walk to uni. I was going to live in a studio but I have decided I want to be around people!
I'm clean, tidy, and considerate, and I've lived in shared accommodation before (including with all girls at my previous uni), so I'm very respectful of shared spaces and different lifestyles.
Outside of university, I enjoy DJing, exploring London, raving, and the occasional quiet night in after a long day in the studio.
I don't mind if people smoke or drink. I'm hoping to find flatmates who are friendly and supportive, where we can look out for one another, have a good laugh, and create a positive home environment. Uni can be stressful at times, so it would be nice to live with people who are up for the occasional chat, shared meal, movie night, or exploring London together, while also respecting each other's space and independence.
