Looking for someone who would be willing to take over my contract of an en-suite bronze room in IQ Sterling Court (Wembley Park). 

The palace is a 12-minute walk from Wembley Park tube station, from which the tube takes 20 minutes to the UCL Bloomsbury campus. The room comes with a small double bed, private washroom, and decent storage. It is part of a 5-bed apartment with a shared kitchen.

The place is right next to the London luxury outlet mall, Ovo Arena and Wembley stadium.  The contract is till Sep 2025.
