Hey, I'm looking for a tenant to take over my current contract - this room is an En Suite, in a Private student accommodation, with only two flatmates on the 14th floor (Don't worry there are multiple lifts, but hey you get a great view at least :)
This contract runs until September 2025 - £267 per week (All Bills included, with extra amenities like a free gym and pool membership at Wembley Fitness, washing machines, a games room and small study space downstairs, 24/7 security and service support from the front desk).
The location is Felda House Wembley, it takes 5-10 minutes to Wembley park station or Wembley stadium train station, (Metropolitan and Jubilee lines) It takes around 20 minutes to get to UCL by tube. Next to the accommodation is a designer outlet mall, lots of grocery stores ranging from Tesco, Sainsbury's, Lidl, and ASDA within a 5-10 minute radius as well as your usual Starbucks and other coffee shops.
