Xiaohongshu
We are a group of 2nd year students (2 male + 2 female) living in a large 4 bedroom 2 bathroom flat. One of the girls is moving out this year and we are looking for someone to move into the spare room, preferably a girl as well, to live with us for next academic year.
Location:
The flat is large and well connected to 4 tube lines and the Elizabeth line at Paddington station. It is also close to nice walks near Little Venice and the neighbourhood is quiet at night. Commute to UCL is around 20 min by Tube or cycling and under 30 min by bus.
The flat:
The 2 bathrooms each have a toilet and bathtub. The kitchen is large and well-equipped for those who love cooking with 4 hobs on the stove and an oven. The laundry room has a washing machine and dryer. There is a spare room attached to the living room if you prefer to air-dry your clothes. The living room is massive with a large dining table and two sofas, perfect for socialising. Each of the 4 bedrooms have plenty of room for a desk, double bed, wardrobe, and space to stretch. There is plenty of sunlight in the flat when the weather is nice.
About us:
We are 2nd year students on 4-year integrated master’s courses. We all study STEM subjects but we do go outside. However we do prefer some peace and quiet on weekday nights or if we have deadlines. If you are interested in moving in, please leave us a message!
