Hi! I’m looking for a student to take over my tenancy at iQ City, 11 Bastwick Street, London EC1V 3AQ, due to a change in my accommodation plans.

  • Gold En Suite Plus
  • 7th floor
  • Private bedroom and private en-suite bathroom
  • Shared kitchen
  • Fully furnished
  • Rent: £470 per week
  • All bills and Wi-Fi included
  • Contract: 12 September 2026 – 4 September 2027

  • Karaoke room and social spaces
  • Laundry facilities
  • 24/7 security and CCTV

This will be an official tenancy takeover arranged directly through iQ, not a private sublet. There is no additional takeover processing fee charged by iQ.

The replacement tenant must be a full-time UK-based student. Once someone is interested, iQ will require their name, email address and contact number to begin the replacement process.
