We are current UCL students looking for someone to move in to our spare room in a 5-bedroom flat!

- Price: £320 per week (all bills + wifi included, once a month external cleaning service covered)

- 2 bathrooms (1 on each floor)
- Large Kitchen on ground floor with 2 sets of stoves, 2 sinks, 2 ovens, washing machine + dryer, microwave, a large dining table that fits 6 people
- Large Living room on 1st floor with TV - feel free to watch Netflix, YouTube, Disney+
- Located on a quiet & safe street
- Very well ventilated & insulated (not cold at all during winter but feel free to use boilers!)
