I am looking to pass on a booking in Chapter Islington, a private accommodation provider. The room is ensuite with a double bed and the kitchen is shared with 5-7 other tenants. The building has a lot of facilities like a gym, a movie theatre, a garden, lots of study spaces, and they organise a lot of events for the tenants.
I haven’t moved in the room so you would need to transfer me the first instalment of rent that I paid to secure the room and then I would pay the fee so you can take over my contract.
