Taekwondo Club: Social Media Officer

I started this year off being very anxious about my role as kit sec. I was worried that I would not be able to do as good of a job as the previous secretaries. HOWEVER, this year has been such a game changer for me, in terms of how I handle problems and how to solve them as well as being very resilient throughout the role. I loved being part of the community that is UCL TKD today and have met some incredible and lovely people, which is why I would like to continue being part of this community as social media officer. 

I have always been on the creative media grind 😭 with my love for art both traditional and digitally as well as editing and creating content (I totally did not used to make fan edits). Being social media officer, I can share my likeness for TKD as well as being able to do the very thing I love, which is create amazing content for you guys, including all the important information you need to go about the year. I have my experience in different content creation applications such as CapCut, Canva, Photoshop, Procreate and etc. and with already having experience in these, my transition into this role will be much easier. I have also been able to show these skills when I was creating content for my own accounts, whether they were on tiktok or instagram (vlogs, videos, pictures etc.) 

Being a Social Media officer would also allow me to improve on these skills and I would love to bring out content for the UCLTKD page, including those around me in the process too.
