Imogen Cullen

Hi everyone, my name is Imogen, I am a Biological Sciences student, and I am so excited to be running for Vice President!

This year I was a first-year representative and helped organise a series of workshops to improve academic reading skills. I am passionate about increasing science engagement and improving its accessibility, and given the opportunity I would organise more events, using poll research and feedback to identify both useful and engaging topics. My goal is to help grow the magazine’s community and to inspire more people to write and share my fascination with science.

Through my role as editor and administrator of the biology magazine in my sixth form, I have exceptional organisational and collaborative skills, and I can co-ordinate between other organisers efficiently to meet deadlines. I would be thrilled to apply my skills and experience and continue working with all the amazing members of the committee next year.
