Running, Athletics and Cross Country Club: President

Hi everyone,

I'm Josh and I'm super excited to be running for president this year! RAX has given me so many opportunities over my time at uni - from all the races and social runs, to the amazing group of friends I've made. I'd love to be able to give back to the club and continue building on the success we've had over the past years. Having been xc captain, I've been involved with organising BUCS as well as working closely with our distance coach Barny to improve the club's training schedule. I've enjoyed working with the other members on committee to help the club progress and next year I'd love the opportunity to do the same. 

In particular, I'd like to:

• Continue building on the team aspect of the club, both on the distance and athletics side
• Introduce more road racing events
• Help facilitate a team trip in reading week
• Work with the xc captain to organise a preseason trip
• Continue to help the club run smoothly
