  • allocate funds to run more taster sessions and for longer each term
  • take suggestions and fund any type of classes or workshops that members might be interested in eg. transitions or floor work
  • prioritise society funds for maintaining poles ( hopefully get 1 or 2 more in the studio so less pole sharing ), mats, grip, stage poles and ensuring equipment is checked and set up before classes
  • budget strategically to support and encourage more and a variety of socials, as well as showcases
  • negotiate subsidisation for external pole studios for extra classes or practice for members who might want it
  • manage finances transparently to keep Pole Fit Society an accessible and welcoming space ( it really is such a supportive space where (trust!) everyone is just there to celebrate each others progress )
  • to have fun and learn and grow!
