K-POP Society: Dance Captain

Hi everyone! I'm Saya and I will be running for the dance captain position in K-Pop Society. I believe that dance is such a good way to express yourself as well as communicate with others, making good friends and memories along the way. I genuinely care about both the performance quality and the experience of each dancer.  Even though I've only joined UCL in September, being part of the society has been such a creative outlet for me. One way I want to give back is by organising rehearsals, providing constructive criticism and supporting showcases so that they're at the best of their ability. As Dance Captain, I want to make sure our UCL K-Pop showcases such as winter showcase and IUKS are performed and organised to the best of our ability. In this way, I want to help create a supportive but driven environment so that everyone feels pushed to improve while also having fun!
