Football Red Star: 8-a-side Captain

I would love to run for Captain of the 8s team because I have a genuine passion for football and enjoy bringing people together through the game. Before my year abroad I played for the 3s team for two years, where I held a responsible role within the squad and helped organise players and maintain a positive team environment. This experience has given me the confidence to lead the 8-a-side team and make it both competitive and enjoyable. My aim would be to ensure that everyone who wants to play football has the opportunity to do so, while fostering a friendly and supportive atmosphere where players feel comfortable expressing themselves on the pitch. I strongly believe in Red Star’s ethos of making the beautiful game accessible and fun for everyone, and I would work to uphold these values as captain.
