Quick observation.

The strongest founder communities don’t feel crowded; they feel connected.

Entrepreneurs Society has ambitious people and the smartest ideas. But communities truly grow when members actually start collaborating and coming back because the space feels alive.

That’s the layer I want to build.

Over the past year at UCL, I’ve worked across societies, team projects, and founder-focused spaces. One thing became very clear: students stay where they feel known and involved.

If elected, here’s what I will prioritise:

  • Make ES feel smaller (in the best way): Intentional small-group touchpoints and smarter community formats so new members integrate quickly instead of hovering at the edges.
  • Turn passive members into active builders: More peer connections, founder matching moments, and informal collaboration spaces where ideas actually start moving.
  • Build a community people return to weekly: Consistent rhythm of socials, low-pressure meetups, and founder-focused spaces that keep momentum between big events.

Why me?

Because I naturally pay attention to group dynamics. Who’s engaged and where small tweaks create big belonging. I’m organised behind the scenes but very people-focused in execution.

Entrepreneurs Society already attracts smart people. My goal is to make it the place where they stay and grow together.

If you want a community that feels genuinely alive, I’d genuinely value your vote.
