I’m standing for Team 1 Captain because I believe I bring both competitive experience and strong leadership skills to the team. Having played basketball nationally for 3-4 years, I understand the level of commitment and teamwork needed to lead a great team. I’ve also previously served as captain in other teams, where I learned clear communication skills and how to support and motivate different personalities within a squad. I’m passionate about keeping our club competitive and driven, while also making sure it remains FUNNN, inclusive, and a space where EVERYONE feels heard and valued. :) :)
