Idea for research
4-22 Foundation provides counselling for a group of about 20 young people of 18-25 years old who have mental issues in their life. Some young people dropped off from counselling sessions while others keep attending. The project aims to explore innovative methods to gather meaningful feedback from service users of the counselling sessions, their perception on counselling and what motivates them to attend. Understanding the perspectives of these individuals is crucial for improving the service goals and reduce drop off, as well as assessing the real impact of our services on their daily lives.
