Families4Peace began in 2021 when a group of north-west London secondary school students decided to form a community response to the Ukraine War. They became a charity and launched their community centre in 2022, and have been welcoming displaced families since. They wish to support and advocate for refugees who have been adversely affected by man-made and natural disasters.

We are Families4Peace, an organisation in Northwest London where we welcome recently displaced individuals and families from Ukraine. The research project wants to demonstrate the positive impact of the Prepsters program on academic performance and student experience, using a combination of quantitative and qualitative measures. The research outcomes will serve as a foundation for fundraising initiatives by showcasing the program's effectiveness in fostering educational growth and enriching the student experience.

To comprehensively understand the impact of the Prepsters program on both students and parents, we would like to do a qualitative research to delve into the nuanced aspects of students' experiences, assessing engagement levels, interest in subjects, and the perceived value of the program in fostering academic growth. In parallel, we would like to evaluate improvements in key learning outcomes, including grades, standardized test scores, and comprehension. This multifaceted approach ensures a holistic examination of the program's efficacy. The integration of qualitative findings with quantitative data will enrich our understanding, presenting a nuanced and comprehensive view of student experiences and parental feedback.

Prepsters stands as a beacon of transformative impact, and this research can help us magnify this influence. The primary aim is to craft a compelling report tailored for potential investors, igniting a passion for contributing to the growth and amplified outreach of our organization in three main points:

1. Improve Website: Elevating Online Presence. A dynamic hub for learning and community engagement.
2. Hire Additional Foreign Language Speakers to connect with more students and varied groups.
3. Provide Incentives to Volunteer Tutors: Recognizing and Rewarding Commitment
