Students' Union UCL is seeking Event Assistants to support delivery of our events, programmes, and activities here in Canary Wharf. If you're keen to help put on exciting events for your fellow students and contribute to the mission of Students' Union UCL, read on!

Job details

You must be a current UCL student as of January 2026, and available for interviews and training in early February. You must be reliable and punctual, able to do minor manual lifting (think moving tables and boxes), and available for work on evenings and weekends. We're looking for enthusiastic, proactive assistants who are comfortable being the face of an event and engaging with your fellow students.

The application closes 2 February at noon, with online interviews held the week after.
