Make time for self-care with Sound Meditation and Salsa - because Your wellbeing matters!
From Monday 10 March to Friday 28 March the UCL Student Support and Wellbeing Services are providing you with an Exam Season Toolkit to help you build skills, gain confidence and prepare to succeed in your assessments.
As the pressure of exam season weighs heavily on university students, it is essential to offer not just academic resources, but also wellbeing and mental health support. Project Active will be offering four free sessions as part of the Exam Season Toolkit, including a unique combination of sound healing, sound meditation classes, and a one-off salsa event!
Project Active & Exam Season Toolkit Classes:
Sound Healing and Sound Mediation: These classes provide an opportunity for students to unwind, regain balance, and reconnect with your inner selves, giving you clarity and relaxation. Think of it like a reset button for your mind. You’ll experience soothing sounds and calming vibrations that help melt away that stress and help you focus
Music and Movement: Our one-off salsa class at UCL East is here to bring some fun and movement into your busy schedules. Dancing is known to relieve stress, boost endorphins, and increase feelings of happiness and confidence! Plus, it’s the perfect way to break up the studying and give your brain a well-deserved break.
